The deputy general secretary for the New Patriotic Party, Lawyer Nana Obiri Boahen has served a strong notice to the NPP concerning their recent activities.

In an interview on Okay Fm with Kwame Nkrumah Tikese this morning, Nana Obiri Boahen made it clear that it is time for him to speak the truth to the good people of Ghana. He added that even though he is a strong member of the NPP, he will not speak to please the party this time around. He added that there are certain estimated figures about the National Cathedral project that must be investigated very well.
The host of the show made it clear to Nana Obiri Boahene that NPP members who speak against their own party do not get any governmental positions. Nana Obiri Boahene replied him and said that he does not care whether he is given a position or not. He added that he can survive without any position because he is a trained lawyer who can make cash from that aspect.
“I must speak to please my daily guardian. I need to talk to please the good people of this country. I am not a fanatic, I am not a sycophant, I must speak like a lawyer, behave like a lawyer, think like a lawyer and behave like a God fearing person” he said
