US based Ghanaian legal practitioner and professor of Law, professor Kwaku Asare popularly known as Kweku Azar has challenged the Justice Boakye to explain to Ghanaians why he plagiarized page 44 of his judgement from Wikipedia.
In a Facebook post on the professor of Law’s page, he called on the judge to explain the statement to him.
From the screenshot prof Kwaku Azar shared, it appeared that the page 44 of the judge’s decision was copied verbatim from Wikipedia as show in the following pictures.
