Cairo, Apr 20 (Prensa Latina) The Egyptian-Cuban Friendship Association (CEFA) today congratulated President Miguel Diaz-Canel on his re-election and wished him success in his work.
The head of the CEFA, Kamal Gaballa, emphasized in a statement the work of the ruler during his first term, in which he prioritized the links with the Egyptian Cuban society, which gained him the respect of the citizenship.

” We received with great satisfaction and pleasure the news of the success of the constitutive session of the 10th Legislature of the National Assembly of People’s Power (parliament)”, said Gaballa.
On behalf of CEFA, he also congratulated the Cuban people and government on the successful development of the recent legislative elections in the Caribbean island.
“We reiterate our support and solidarity with the kind Cuban people, who are in the midst of difficult times caused by ‘the unjust and illegal economic, commercial and financial blockade’ imposed by the United States for more than six decades”, he stressed. abo/mem/rob
