Considering the coup that took place in Niger on July 26, 2023 and that ousted from power, the agent of the FrancAfrica and Profrench Mohamed BAZOUM.
Considering that since this coup, French imperialism has set in motion its entire diplomatic, military and political apparatus for the restoration of its agent. First by the intervention of Emmanuel Macron who declares that this coup is unacceptable; then by sending his agents in ECOWAS to start a process of pressure and various threats for the restoration to power of Mohamed BAZOUM.
Considering that in execution of the wishes of France and as we have seen in the case of Mali, ECOWAS met hastily on Sunday, July 30, 2023 to take blockade measures and cruel, illegitimate, illegal and inhuman economic sanctions against Niger and its people, while threatening to intervene militarily to restore the power of Mohamed BAZOUM.
Considering that President Patrice Talon, who has become one of the loyal agents of FrancAfrica in our subregion, was the first to declare on July 27, 2023 in Abuja that: “…constitutional order will be restored by all means”, and that following the decisions of ECOWAS, he was the first to close the border with Niger, knowing very well that it is the main port outlet of Niger, and that at this precise moment, hundreds of Beninese and Nigerien carriers are stuck behind the borders of the two countries .
Considering that since this meeting of the heads of State of ECOWAS, threats of military aggression are becoming clearer with the meeting of military officials, and the actions of France refusing to execute the orders of the new Nigerien power asking it to withdraw its military from the country and keeping them in Niger as support for an armed aggression that is being prepared.

1- Denounce and condemn the illegal, criminal and inhuman sanctions of ECOWAS against the brotherly people of Niger ;
2- Condemn the closure of borders and other sanctions decreed by the power of Patrice Talon and demand the immediate opening of borders with Niger
3- Demand the immediate lifting of said sanctions ;
4- Demand the immediate cessation of war preparations such as the activation of the ECOWAS standby force and any foreign interference in the internal affairs of Niger ;
5- Warn French imperialism and its ECOWAS agents against any attack on Niger ;
6- Say no to the deployment of the Beninese Armed Forces against Niger and make President Patrice Talon responsible for high treason if this happens ;
7- Reaffirm their unwavering support and solidarity for the brotherly people of Niger and congratulate all the organizations and all the peoples who are also doing the same.
8- Therefore call on the workers, the youth, the women, the entire people to continue their multifaceted support for the brotherly people of Niger.
No to any aggression against Niger!
Foreign military forces, outside Niger and Africa!
No Beninese military against Niger!
ECOWAS-TALON, open the borders!
France, Out!
