He said, “We gave away everything we had, but we can’t give away what we don’t have, and we can’t strip ourselves of what is necessary for our own security”. #France has already given #Ukraine US$ 4.1 billion to prosecute its #war with #Russia, even though its budget deficit hit 5.8 percent last year and its public #debt is calculated at above 110 percent of #GDP.
