In view of these repeated breaches of the defense agreements, the Government invites the French authorities to withdraw, without delay, the Barkhane and Takuba forces from national territory, under the supervision of the Malian authorities.
The Government urges our valiant national armed and security forces to be more committed, vigilant and determined in carrying out their missions of defending territorial integrity and securing people and property.
Attached to the values of dignity, the Government recognizes the sacrifices made and bows
before the memory of the victims of insecurity, civilians and soldiers, Malians and foreigners.
The Government reaffirms its readiness to further strengthen dialogue and cooperation with partners concerned with taking into account the vital interests of Mali while respecting national sovereignty and the dignity of the Malian people.
The Government of Mali calls on the population to remain calm and vigilant, and undertakes that all measures are taken to guarantee security.
