The Catholic Church in Accra Archdiocese, in collaboration with the Conference of Major Superiors of Religious in Ghana, is inviting all of us to join in a prayer protest against illegal Gold mining.

All the over 50 organisations who have issued statements should join us pray and call on God to do what we cannot do as humans to intervene in this Galamsey fight. While we as human beings also do our bit to get the government to do the needful to stop Galamsey.

Please share this as we mobilise all in prayer and action to save the footstool of Ghana and save our lives, too.

We would march prayer with placards & present a petition to H.E., the President and the RT Hon Speaker of Parliament and Her Ladyship the Chief Justice.

We would end with an Episcopal Mass with His Grace, the Archbishop being the main celebrant.

Join us pray and petition to stop Galamsey immediately.
