So even the e-levy yet to be collected has been collateralized.

Who has been giving these people these ideas?

I bet it’s the devil. Only the devil thinks like this.

Once it is passed they’ll mortgage future revenues yet to be realized for the elevy.

For example they go to the bond market or wherever and tell them:

Look what we get evey year from e-levy . Maybe it’s $100 million for example.

So in ten years it’ll be $ 1 billion.

Give us $3 billion loan against 30 years e-levy receipts.

So you see. The next Government comes in and even though we continue paying e-levy it doesn’t have the physical revenue for development.

So you see how these people are?

That’s why I say it’s pure evil.

Mahama comes in and he’ll not gain access to the e-levy being paid.

It has already been mortgaged and maybe even chopped. Because Nana and his friends may have already chopped the loans against which the e-levy was mortgaged.
