President Museveni Explains Why He Rejected U.S Proposal To Have Army Base In Uganda

America has shamefully always been at war since World War 2 simply because it is its only major source of genuine revenue through the taxation of the annual income of the Arms Industries. However, it’s rather unfortunate the ignorant World has allowed it to have won over 900 of its psychological wars through the establishment of Military Bases. Let’s wake up because America never sees any country as a friend but instead as a customer.
