Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, on Saturday, called on the UN Secretary-General and the Security Council to take the responsibilities the international law impose, and to provide the Palestinians and their national rights with international protection.

The Ministry condemned Israel, its crimes, settlers, and its continuous attacks against Palestine and Palestinians, considering that Israelis chase the humanitarian existence of the Palestinians in those areas covering most of the occupied West Bank.

It talked about Israel’s intentions to keep implementing settlement plans throughout escalating their attacks and terrorism against the Palestinians, their lands and properties in the West Bank, including Jerusalem.

“The Israeli assaults, which have become dominant in the Palestinian territories, are embodied in killing, attacking properties, occupying lands, chasing farmers, uprooting trees and killing animals,” it said.

It added, “The latest of these assaults was targeting the eastern Khan Al-Laban in the south of Nablus, and performing Talmudic prayers near it. Hence, it is a dangerous indication that paves the way for Israel to occupy it to serve the expansionist settlement interests.”Source : Safa
