The Israeli Salem Military Court renewed the administrative detention decision without charge against the prisoner Tariq Samhan, 35, from the city of Nablus in the northern West Bank, for 4 months for the second time in a row.

Asra Media Office stated in a statement that the Israeli authorities had returned Samhan on December 22, 2020, and was transferred to the investigation center at the Petah Tikva center, and extended his detention for 3 days, after which it issued an administrative detention order for 4 months.

It was pointed out that he was scheduled to be released on Wednesday, but that the Israeli intelligence renewed him the administrative detention for the second time for another four months, knowing that he was an ex-prisoner who spent 13 years in the Israeli prisons with previous arrests.
