ECOWAS CALLED ON POLITICAL PLAYERS IN SENEGAL TO EXPEDITE PLANS TO FIX DATE FOR TH PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS

The Commission of the Economic Community of West African States has called on political players in Senegal to expedite plans to fix a date for the Presidential elections which was canceled by the government. The situation has led to protests in Senegal creating a volatile state.
