BUHARI’S WARPED MENTALITY

Read Time: 2 minutes

BY James Osegu Boateng

President Buhari of Nigeria appears to have no shame. He is busily announcing to the people of Nigeria that he is incapable of keeping his electoral promise even though he has no intention of leaving office.

Early this week, he was lying prostrate begging the United States of America to bring its soldiers into Africa to save the continent from insurgencies like Boko Haram.

Buhari begged the US secretary of State to quickly dismantle the headquarters of its African Command and send it to Africa to provide security.

Well, it appears that Buhari is so ignorant that he does not know the presence of US forces in any place does not guarantee security. He should be asking the people of Afghanistan, Libya, Iraq, Vietnam and all the other countries whether the presence of US soldiers gave them any security?

Is this not the same Buhari who in the effort to remove Goodluck Jonathan from power said as an ex-General he knew how to neutralise Boko Haram and all the insurgent groups in Nigeria? What happened to that promise? Who does Buhari think he is fooling?

Isn’t it a huge shame that Nigeria which produces 2 million barrels of oil a day and has a population of more than 200 million is begging the United States of America to solve its security problems?

With house – niggers like Buhari in Power, how can Africa realise the dreams of its forebears like Azikwe, Osagyefo Dr Kwame Nkrumah and Sekou Toure? These are leaders who know that they are incapable of solving the problems of Africa and seek power only to hand it over to their lords and masters in Europe and North America

Buhari has proven beyond any reasonable doubt that he is a waste pipe who does not deserve to be leading the heroic and great people of Nigeria.

It is time to send him home!
