Speaking during the debate on the report of the AU Peace and Security Council (PSC) submitted to the 35th AU Summit of Heads of State and Government, Prsident Ghali reaffirmed that the continental organization “can only preserve its unity and coherence and move forward in its project for the benefit of the African peoples through full compliance with the Constitutive Act of the AU, in particular Articles 3 and 4, as well as the African Charter on Human and Peoples’ Rights”.
